A 3 session bundle at $350 total for the package, where we will build a customized plan just for you, your body and your goals.
Session 1- We will begin a dialogue. Discuss your goals, and go over the timeline/logistics of the process. We will perform fitness assessments to gauge your areas of strength and the areas that need extra work, and we will build the baseline of a program based on your personal needs.
Session 2- This will be structured as a form class, at wherever you will be putting this plan into action, we will go over form for your main lifts. Talk about any movements that may have been problem areas in the past, or if you’re starting from scratch, what movements you are interested in learning to perform with proper form.
Session 3- You will have received your plan. Two weeks after session 2, we will go over how the last 2 weeks have gone on your new plan, communicate about what is working and what may need tweaking. Finalize the plan and discuss how we will ensure continued success as you spend the next few months following the plan.
